Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
